HOW CAN I BE SURE YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?

You'll get an email confirmation as soon as the purchase is complete. When your order is ready to be shipped we will email you the receipt.

CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Absolutely. As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you an email with the delivery info and a tracking number you can use to keep an eye on it. If you're signed up for an account with us, you can follow your order all the way at My pages. If anything changes with your order status, we'll update you by email.

CAN I CHANGE THE CONTENT OF MY ORDER?

Once we've confirmed your order, we are not able to change it, sorry. If you want to buy something else, you can create a new order. Or if you've changed your mind, just send the stuff back to us as soon as it arrives and we'll refund your payment. You'll find a label in the package so you can return it to us free of charge.

MY PACKAGE HAS ARRIVED BUT IT'S NOT WHAT I ORDERED! WHAT'S GOING ON?

Just contact customer service if you think there's been a mix up, and we'll sort it out.
