This process is designed to quickly build a
database of email addresses among the
client’s existing customer list. We match
the client’s name and postal address from
the customer list with several national
email address databases. Where matches are
found we use those addresses to email a
letter on behalf of the client using our
web broadcasting tools to invite their
consumers to receive email communication.
A link provided allows the consumer to
decline email from the client. We supply
the client with and only charge for valid
email addresses of those consumers who are
willing to receive email communication. The
investment to own those email addresses is
less than half the value of a postage stamp
and the process complies with all email
laws.
Once a critical mass of email addresses
is achieved and procedures are put in place
to continually capture new customer and
potential consumer email
addresses, clients are able to launch
effective email marketing campaigns.

client bases. Landlord overcharges and
tenant payment over sights in this country

most tenants of commercial or office leased
space do not have staff trained to be able
to interpret complex leases and are
unprepared to determine whether landlord
charges coincide accurately with lease
provisions.
Our skilled auditors will closely scrutinize
each client lease and the past charges
incurred. Where there are discrepancies they
will work with you and each landlord to
resolve and recover claims. This service is
provided on a contingent-fee basis. This
gives our clients the benefit of only paying
for services only if overcharge recoveries
are received from landlords.
